| 新安医学源远流长，国医大师韩明向教授是新安医学的代表性人物。文章论述了韩教授立足于固本培元学术思想，诊治特发性肺纤维化的经验。韩教授认为感寒为疾病发作重要因素，气虚是发病主要基础，阴虚为内在病理改变，痰瘀贯穿病程始终，共同构成特发性肺纤维化的病因、病机要点，以扶阳益阴、扶正祛邪、化痰祛瘀贯穿治疗全程。韩教授治疗特发性肺纤维化疗效确切，值得临床推广借鉴。 |

| The Xin’an Medicine boasts a profound historical legacy. Professor HAN Mingxiang，a National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine，stands as a distinguished representative of this tradition. The paper elucidates Professor Han’s clinical experience in diagnosing and treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（IPF），grounded in his core academic principle of “consolidating the foundation and cultivating the vitality”（Guben Peiyuan）. Professor Han identifies the key etiopathogenesis of IPF as：exposure to cold：a critical precipitating factor；qi deficiency：the primary constitutional basis；yin deficiency：the intrinsic pathological manifestation；and phlegm and blood stasis：pathological elements persisting throughout disease progression. His therapeutic approach integrates fortifying yang and nourishing yin，supporting healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors，and resolving phlegm and dispelling stasis throughout IPF treatment. Professor Han’s protocol demonstrates definite clinical efficacy and warrants broader clinical application. |
