摘要:

捏脊作为一种传统中医推拿手法，广泛应用于小儿和成人多系统疾病的治疗。研究系统梳理了1960年以来捏脊领域的相关研究。通过文献可视化分析，归纳出捏脊研究的5个阶段，从初始到聚焦，发文量显著增长。研究集中于捏脊对神经、免疫、消化系统的作用机制和疗效评估，尤其在儿科保健与早产儿免疫功能调节方面成为研究热点。捏脊能够独立或联合治疗多种疾病，包括儿科和成人的多种症状。文章进一步探讨了捏脊疗法的临床适用疾病谱、联合干预措施、操作技法的演变以及基础研究进展。结果表明，尽管目前捏脊疗法缺乏完善的操作标准及疗效评价体系，但随着该疗法临床优势病种不断拓宽，基础研究也在微观层面对其作用机制进行了更加深入的剖析，充分展现出捏脊疗法在多种疾病治疗中的潜在价值。特别是在小儿保健和早产儿免疫功能调节方面，逐渐成为儿科领域新的研究热点。未来有望在科学研究的推动下逐步实现标准化与国际化。

Abstract:

As a traditional Chinese massage technique,chiropractic therapy is widely used in treating multi-system diseases in both children and adults. The study systematically reviewed research in the chiropractic field since 1960. Through literature visualization analysis,five stages of chiropractic research were identified,showing significant growth in publication volume from initial stages to focused research. Studies have concentrated on the mechanisms and efficacy evaluation of chiropractic's effects on the nervous,immune,and digestive systems,with particular research focus on pediatric healthcare and immune function regulation in preterm infants. Chiropractic can treat various diseases independently or in combination,including multiple symptoms in both pediatric and adult populations. The paper further discusses the clinical applicable disease spectrum of chiropractic therapy,combined intervention measures,evolution of operational techniques,and progress in basic research. Results indicate that although chiropractic therapy currently lacks complete operational standards and efficacy evaluation systems,with the continuous expansion of its clinical advantages in treating various diseases,basic research has conducted more in-depth analysis of its mechanisms at the micro level,fully demonstrating the potential value of chiropractic therapy in treating various diseases. Particularly in pediatric healthcare and immune function regulation in preterm infants,it has gradually become a new research hotspot in pediatrics. Future development is expected to gradually achieve standardization and internationalization driven by scientific research.
