摘要:

荆防制剂源自明朝张时彻《摄生众妙方》中荆防败毒散，全方由11味中药组成，是源于经典、遵古守方的现代中成药典范。近年来，围绕荆防制剂的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用研究得到不断丰富与深化，极大地促进荆防制剂的现代发展与广泛运用。现代研究发现，荆防制剂含有黄酮类、色原酮类、萜类、皂苷类、香豆素类、木脂素类、有机酸类、蒽醌类、生物碱类等化学成分，具有抗肺炎和急性肺损伤、肾脏保护、抗荨麻疹、解酒、抗急性心肌梗死和病毒性心肌炎等药理作用，临床用于治疗呼吸道感染、隐匿性肾炎单纯性血尿和急性湿疹等疾病。本文围绕荆防制剂的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用进行系统梳理与阐述，以期为荆防制剂的临床应用研究与深度开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:

Jingfang preparations originated from Jingfang Baidu San in Zhang Shiche's Shesheng Zhongmiao Fang of Ming Dynasty,the whole recipe consists of 11 traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs),it is a model of modern Chinese patent medicine that originates from classic and adheres to ancient prescriptions. In recent years,the research on chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Jingfang preparations has been enriched and deepened,which has greatly promoted the modern development and wide application of Jingfang preparations. Modern research has found that Jingfang preparations contain flavonoids,chromonones,terpenes,saponins,coumarins,lignans,organic acids,anthraquinones,alkaloids and other chemical components,which have pharmacological effects on the prevention and treatment of pneumonia,acute lung injury,kidney injury,urticaria,alcohol detoxification,acute myocardial infarction,and viral myocarditis. Jingfang preparations are clinically used to treat respiratory infections,asymptomatic hematuria and acute eczema. In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Jingfang preparations were systematically reviewed and elaborated,in order to provide reference for clinical application research and in-depth development and utilization of Jingfang preparations.
