| 摘要: |
| [目的] 优化马鞭草片剂的制备工艺,为其工业化生产提供实践参考。[方法] 通过单因素实验,筛选填充剂、崩解剂和润滑剂的种类并考察其用量以及主药用量。采用AHP-CRITIC赋权法计算综合权重系数,并结合BOX-Behnken响应面设计法,对工艺参数进行优化。[结果] 优选出马鞭草片剂的最佳制备工艺参数为:主药用量43.202%,填充剂用量29.213%,崩解剂用量13.974%。该条件下,综合评分预测值为75.333分。经3次工艺验证实验,综合评分平均值为74.886,与预测值接近,表明该工艺稳定、可行。[结论] 本研究成功筛选出马鞭草片剂的最佳制备工艺,该工艺稳定性良好,不仅为马鞭草片剂的工业化生产提供了依据,也为中药制剂工艺的优化提供了新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] This study aimed to optimize the preparation process for Verbena tablets.[Methods] Through systematic screening of excipient types including fillers,disintegrants,and wetting agents,we established critical process parameters via single-factor experiments investigating drug loading,filler content,disintegrant proportion,and wetting agent quantity. Combined weight coefficients were calculated by integrating the AHP-CRITIC weighting method with the Box-Behnken response surface methodology.[Results] The optimized formulation was determined as 43.202% active pharmaceutical ingredient,29.213% filler,and 13.974% disintegrant,achieving a comprehensive evaluation score of 75.333. Validation experiments conducted in triplicate demonstrated good process stability,with average composite scores of 74.886,showing close agreement with predicted values. The optimized tablets exhibited satisfactory physical characteristics and stability profiles.[Conclusion] This investigation not only establishes a practical foundation for industrial production of Verbena tablets but also proposes an innovative methodology integrating multi-criteria decision analysis with quality-by-design principles for optimizing traditional Chinese medicine formulations. |
