| 明代医家孙一奎著有《医旨绪余》《赤水玄珠》等医学著作,因师承河间学派,受金元火热理论影响深远。由于明代道教盛行,孙一奎修道而为道医,在汲取刘完素火热论、朱震亨相火论等思想的同时,又深受道教“天人合一”与“玄牝”理论的影响,以六节运气与三焦命门各论天人相火,既强调时令节气的重要性,又重在温补命门以匡救世人滥用寒凉之时弊。孙一奎的相火思想既承接了金元火热理论,又为后世医家的命门学说奠定了基础,在寒凉到甘温的转变中承上启下,有力推动了新安固本培元派及江浙温补学派的发展。 |

| SUN Yikui,a renowned physician of the Ming Dynasty and author of Yizhi Xuyu and Chishui Xuanzhu,was profoundly influenced by the Hejian School’s heat theory from the Jin-Yuan period. As a Taoist-trained physician during the Taoism-prevalent Ming era,SUN integrated LIU Wansu’s heat theory and ZHU Zhenheng’s ministerial fire theory with Taoist concepts of “unity of heaven and man” and “mysterious female”. His unique framework interpreted ministerial fire through six climatic rhythms and triple-energizer life-gate theories,emphasizing both seasonal influences and life-gate warming supplementation to counter prevailing cold-medication abuses. SUN’s ministerial fire theory not only bridged Jin-Yuan heat theories but also laid the foundation for later life-gate doctrines,serving as a pivotal transition from cold-cool to sweet-warm therapies. This significantly advanced the Xin’an School’s root-fortifying principles and Jiang-Zhe warming-tonifying approaches. |
