柴胡-黄芩药对及其活性成分治疗肺系疾病的研究进展

摘要:

呼吸系统疾病是一类主要病变部位在气管、支气管、胸部的疾病, 目前已成为全球死亡的主要原因之一, 严重威胁患者的生存质量并带来一定的经济负担。中医认为肺系疾病的病机有虚实之分, 虚在于气阴不足、实在于气机郁滞, 与少阳病虚实夹杂的病理特点相符。柴胡-黄芩药对是中医临床常见的药对, 是张仲景柴胡系列方剂中最具代表意义的基本配伍, 也是和解少阳的基本结构。诸多文献报道含柴芩药对的方剂在治疗各类肺系疾病时具有良好的临床疗效, 然而对于柴胡-黄芩药对治疗肺系疾病的活性成分、药理作用及作用机制尚缺乏系统性的总结。文章以肺系疾病为切入点, 全面综述了柴胡-黄芩药对治疗肺系疾病的临床应用、药理作用、作用机制以及用药安全性, 为进一步探讨柴胡、黄芩的联用及配伍的量效关系奠定基础, 为研制防治各类肺系疾病的中药创新药物提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Respiratory diseases are a kind of diseases whose main lesions are in trachea, bronchus and chest. At present, it has become one of the main causes of death in the world, which seriously threatens the quality of life of patients and brings certain economic burden. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of lung diseases can be divided into deficiency and excess, and the deficiency lies in the deficiency of qi and yin, but in the stagnation of qi, which is consistent with the pathological characteristics of shaoyang disease with deficiency and excess. Bupleuri Radix-Scutellaria herb pair is a common medicine pair in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. It is the most representative basic compatibility in ZHANG Zhongjing's Chaihu series prescriptions, and it is also the basic structure of reconciliation of shaoyang. Many literatures reported that the prescription containing Bupleuri Radix-Scutellaria herb pair has good clinical efficacy in treating various lung diseases, but there is still a lack of systematic summary on the active components, pharmacological effects and mechanism of Bupleuri Radix Scutellaria herb pair in treating lung diseases. Therefore, taking lung diseases as the breakthrough point, this paper comprehensively summarizes the clinical applications, pharmacological effects, mechanism of action and drug safety of Bupleuri Radix-Scutellaria herb pair in treating lung diseases, laying a foundation for further discussing the dose-effect relationship of the combination and compatibility of Bupleuri Radix-Scutellaria herb pair and providing scientific basis for developing innovative Chinese medicine for preventing and treating various lung diseases.
