| [目的]观察旋复代赭汤对酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠血清胃泌素水平的影响。[方法]用不全幽门结扎+食管下括约肌(LES)切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎大鼠模型后,给予旋复代赭汤水煎剂,分别于治疗2、4、8d后观察各组大鼠血清胃泌素的变化。[结果]用旋复代赭汤治疗4d后,血清胃泌素水平即有所提高,并与假手术对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05).[结论]旋复代赭汤在治疗酸性反流性食管炎的过程中,能够明显提高血清胃泌素水平,从而可促进LES功能的恢复,增加LES的压力,防止酸反流,促进疾病的恢复。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the influence of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction (XDD) on serum gastrin in rats with acid reflux esophagitis.[Methods] The model was made by ligating the pylori partly and lower esothaged sphincter(LES).The changes of serum gastrin in each group were observed 2 days, 4 days, and 8 days after giving XDD to the rats.[Results] Four days after treatment with XDD, the serum gastrin was enhanced. There was no obvious difference between the treatment group and shum operation group (P>0.05).[Conclusion] XDD can enhance the serum gastrin to recover the function of the LES and cure the disease. |
