| [目的]观察肠炎灵Ⅰ号灌肠液的安全性。[方法]通过动物实验,检测并观察其对实验动物的一般状态、行为、体质量、血常规、尿常规、生化指标、脏器组织学的影响。[结果]肠炎灵Ⅰ号对实验动物各系统无急、慢性毒性作用。[结论]肠炎灵Ⅰ号灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎安全可靠。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the safety of Changyanling I enema. [Method] The influence of mices ordinary condition,behavior,weight,blood routine test,urinary routine test,biochemical examination and the histology of organs was de-tected. [Result] Changyanling I had no acute or chronic toxic effect on the mice. [Conclusion] It is safe and reliable to treat ulcerative colitis with Changyanling I. |
