[目的]通过观察救心胶囊对损伤内皮细胞舒缩因子释放的影响,探讨该药防治冠心病的作用机制。[方法]建立缺氧及低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)损伤内皮细胞模型,用两种不同的给药方式,即无菌中药提取液和载药血清处理以上模型,分别运用放免和生化的方法检测内皮素 -1(ET -1)和一氧化氮 (NO)的表达。[结果]内皮细胞损伤后舒张因子水平降低而收缩因子表达明显增加,救心胶囊可以改善血管舒缩因子的失衡状态。[结论]救心胶囊通过保护内皮细胞,维持血管的正常舒缩状态,从而延缓冠心病的发生发展。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To research the mechanism of Jiuxin Capsule in the prevention and treatment of CHD by observing the influence of Jiuxin capsule on the vasomotor cytokine expression from the injuried endothelial cell(EC)after hypoxia and LDL.[Methods] Model with cell injury by hypoxia and LDL was established.After administration of the sterilized pure extract of drugs and the Jiuxin capsule containing serum the expression of ET-1,TXB2,PGF1a and NO was analyzed with radio-immunochemistry and bio-chemistry respectively.[Result] The results showed that the relax cytokine expression of EC after hypoxia and LDL decreased,however,contract cytokine expression increased.Jiuxin Capsule could improve this unbalance state.[Conclusion] By protecting EC and maintaining normal vasomotor state,Jiuxin Capsule can effectively prevent the formation and progress of CHD. |
