生血胶囊耐缺氧效应机制研究 |

摘要: |
[目的]观察生血胶囊对缺氧动物的保护作用,分析其耐缺氧效应,为预防或降低高原反应发生率,提高高原部队的战斗力提供科学依据。[方法]分别采用常压和化学药品致动物缺氧,观察生血胶囊对小白鼠密闭缺氧存活时间的影响,测定其血红蛋白含量和小鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量。[结果]生血胶囊可以显著延长小鼠的密闭缺氧存活时间,其机制与明显促进小鼠血红蛋白的合成,降低总耗氧量,增加脑组织中SOD,减少MDA含量有关。[结论]生血胶囊有良好的耐缺氧作用。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the protective effect of Blood-Replenishing Capsule(BRC)on the hypoxic animals and its probable mechanism. [Methods] The effects of Blood-Replenishing Capsule on survival time of mice subjected to normobaric and chemical hypoxia were observed and the oxygen consumption was measured. [Results] Blood-Replenishing Capsule ob-viously prolonged the survival time of hypoxic mice,reduced the oxygen consumption and increased the contents of hemoglobin(Hb)in the bloods.The brain’s SOD was obvious higher and MDA concentration was remarkably lower in BRC groups than those in control groups. [Conclusion] Blood-Replenishing Capsule shows remarkable effect on tolerance to hy-poxia in mice. |
