[目的]初步探讨加味五子衍宗方改善学习记忆障碍的物质基础及其作用机制。[方法]以东莨菪碱建立小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,以Morris水迷宫系统检测模型小鼠空间辨别性学习记忆成绩。[结果]模型组小鼠定位航行实验搜索策略、空间探索实验穿越目标区域次数成绩较空白对照组明显减退(P<0.05),而加味五子衍宗方及其总黄酮、总多糖组分处理的动物上述成绩显著优于模型组(P<0.05),其中总多糖组分的作用有优于原复方的趋势。[结论]提示加味五子衍宗方及其总黄酮、总多糖组分对中枢胆碱能系统损伤的学习记忆障碍有保护作用。该复方总黄酮、总多糖组分是其促智的有效组分,其中总多糖组分的作用更为突出。 |

Effects of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Recipe on Space Learning and Memory Result of Dysmnesia Mice |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Recipe and its components on improving of learning and dysmnesia in the mice with learning and memory disorders induced by scopolamine. [Methods] Morris water maze with the video recorder and computer systems (MVRC) were used to assess the behavior performances of the mice by detecting the search strategy in place navigation experiment, then detect and compute the times of the mice cross the target region in space probe experiment. [Results] Significant differences were observed between model group and Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Recipe and its components treated groups (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the percentage of the linear and appulsive search strategy was promoted in place navigation experiment (P<0.01). The times of the mice cross the target region in space probe experiment were markedly higher in Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Recipe and its components treated groups(P<0.05). [Conclusions] Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Recipe and its components can improve the behavior performances of the model mice with learning and memory disorders induced by scopolamine in Morris water maze. Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Recipe and its components possesses a certain preventive effects on learning and memory function in model mice with impairment of central cholinergic system. The polysaccharides of the recipe seems more efficient. |
