摘要:

[目的] 通过动物实验探讨痛风合剂拮抗高尿酸血症的作用。[方法] 将84只大鼠随机分为7组,观察各组血尿酸变化。[结果] 痛风合剂高、低两个剂量组均能有效降低高尿酸血症模型动物(大鼠)的血尿酸水平。[结论] 痛风合剂可以拮抗高尿酸血症。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the effect of Gout mixture for treating hyperuricemia in animal experiment.[Methods] Eighty-four rats were randomly divided into seven groups to observe the changes of blood uric acid.[Results] The gout mixture could decrease the level of blood uric acid in the high and low dosage group of rats with hyperuricemia.[Conclusions] Gout mixture may treat hyperuricemia.
