[目的]研究祛风解痉药干预过敏性哮喘炎性基因的分子生物学机制。[方法]建立过敏性哮喘小鼠模型,设正常对照组、模型不用药组、模型治疗组、阳性对照组进行中药干预,用免疫组化法检测肺、气管组织中精氨酸酶Ⅰ的存在,用光密度法测定精氨酸酶Ⅰ的平均光密度(OD)值,作为待测对象的相对含量,进行分析。[结果]定喘汤提高了正常小鼠肺、气道组织精氨酸酶Ⅰ表达量,对过敏性哮喘小鼠没有影响;风哮方药1倍剂量组和10倍剂量降低了过敏性哮喘小鼠肺、气道组织精氨酸酶Ⅰ表达,但对正常小鼠没有影响;射干麻黄汤、地塞米松对正常小鼠及过敏性哮喘小鼠肺、气道精氨酸酶Ⅰ表达都没有影响,且地塞米松组与各治疗组交叉比较没有差别。[结论]祛风解痉药治疗过敏性哮喘的分子调控机制是降低了过敏性哮喘小鼠肺、气道中精氨酸酶Ⅰ表达。 |

Intervention effect of Qufengjiejing medicine on arginase I expression of lung airway tissue in mice with allergic asthma |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the molecular biology mechanism of Qufengjiejing (expelling wind to relieve convulsion) medicine in intervention on phlegmonosis gene of allergic asthma. [Methods] Allergic asthma was induced in mice and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine was investigated. The arginase Icontent of lung and airway tissue was determined by immunity method and densitometry method. [Results] Asthma-reliving decoction could enhance the arginaseⅠcontent of lung and airway tissue and Fengxiao prescription could decrease arginaseⅠcontent of lung and airway tissue of allergic asthma mice. [Conclusion] Qufengjiejing prescription may treat allergic asthma and its molecule regulation mechanism may be related with decreasing arginase Ⅰcontent of lung and airway tissue in mice. |
