| [目的]建立骨质丸Ⅱ中何首乌有效成分2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent;流动相:乙腈-水(17:83);检测波长320nm;柱温40℃;体积流量1.0mL/min。[结果]2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.063～0.7875μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率101.37%,RSD为1.76%。[结论]本方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于骨质丸Ⅱ中2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷的测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish the determination method of the effective content of 2,3,5,4,-tetrahydroxy diphenyl ethylene-2-0-β-Dglucoside of polygonum multiflorum in GuzhiwanⅡ. [Methods] HPLC,agilent column;mobile phase:acetonitrile-water(17:83);detection wave length:320 nm;column temperature:40℃;the flow rate:1.0 mL/min. [Results] The liner range was 0.063～0.7875 μg(r=0.999 9),the recovery rate was 101.37% and RSD was 1.76%. [Conclusion] The method was easy manipulated and accurate with a good reproducibility.It can be used to determine the content of 2,3,5,4,-tetrahydroxy diphenyl ethylene-2-0-β-D-glucoside. |
