| 摘要: |
| [目的]总结2010年流行性乙型脑炎的临床特征。[方法]对2010年7—9月期间全国5个省市(湖北省、重庆市、四川省、贵州省、浙江省)经实验室确诊的62例轻型、普通型流行性乙型脑炎患者进行分析。[结果]流行性乙型脑炎患者的主要症状是发热、头痛、抽搐、意识障碍。采用中医药治疗的治疗组在降低体温、缓解抽搐、意识恢复、缩短平均住院时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗方法对流行性乙型脑炎有显著疗效。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical features of the epidemic encephalitis B in 2010.[Methods] Sixty two patients with epidemic encephalitis B confirmed by laboratory and treated in five areas(Hubei,Chongqing,Sichuang,Guizhou and Zhejiang) form July 2010 to September 2010 were analyzed.[Results] The usual symptoms of epidemic encephalitis B were fever,headache,convulsions,consciousness disturbance.In lowering body temperature,relieving convulsion,recovery of consciousness and the average hospitalization time,the effect of treatment group was superior to the control group.[Conclusion] Treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has significant curative effect on epidemic encephalitis B. |
