参松养心胶囊与胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭并室性心律失常的疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]探讨参松养心胶囊在充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常治疗中的应用价值。[方法]选择心功能Ⅱ~Ⅲ级出现室性心律失常患者80例,所有患者除常规治疗外,42例加用参松养心胶囊治疗,38例加用胺碘酮治疗。比较心律失常控制情况及出院后心功能分级情况。[结果]加用参松养心胶囊组患者心律失常控制率为85.71%,加用胺碘酮治疗组心律失常控制率为86.84%;患者心功能改善Ⅰ级以上的参松养心胶囊组29例,胺碘酮28例。[结论]参松养心胶囊对充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,能改善心功能并调整其心律失常,效用与胺碘酮相当。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the effective value of Shensong Yangxin capsule on congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.[Methods] The 80 patients suffered from ventricular arrhythmias and having cardiac function of Ⅲ or above were selected.Except for the routine treatment,42 patients were treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule and 38 patients were treated with amiodarone.After that the controlled status of arrhythmia and cardiac function grade after discharged were compared.[Results] The controlled rate was 85.71% in patients treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule.While it was 86.84% in those treated with amiodarone.There were 28 and 29 cases in patients whose improvement of cardiac function was above Ⅰ.[Conclusion] Shensong Yangxin capsule can improve cardiac function and control the arrhythmia.The effect is the same as amiodarone.
