[目的] 观察芪芎健肾颗粒对IgA肾病(IgAN)大鼠的治疗作用。[方法] 建立IgAN大鼠模型,观察芪芎健肾颗粒对大鼠尿红细胞(URBC)计数、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upr)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)和肾脏病理形态学的影响。[结果] 芪芎健肾颗粒高剂量组(芪高组)与模型组比较,可有效降低URBC计数、24 h Upr、SCr、BUN(P<0.05),抑制肾小球系膜细胞增生和系膜基质增多,减少肾小球系膜区IgA的沉积。其中,芪高组在降低24 h Upr、SCr及改善肾脏病理损害方面疗效优于肾炎康复片组(对照组)(P<0.05),但在降低URBC计数、BUN方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论] 芪芎健肾颗粒能有效降低IgAN血尿、蛋白尿,改善肾功能,并有延缓肾小球病理进展的作用,是防治IgAN的有效方剂。 |

[Objective] To study the effects of Qixiong Jianshen granules in rats with experimental IgA nephropathy(IgAN). [Methods] The IgAN models were established in rats by oral administration and time-controlled injection of bovine serum albumin (BSA).The effect of Qixiong Jianshen granules on urinary red blood cell(RBC), 24-hour urine protein(Upr), serum creatinine(SCr), blood urine nitrogen(BUN) and the change of kidney pathology were studied. [Results] In Qixiong Jianshen granules of high-dose group (QHG) the kidney function were better than the model group with less urinary RBC, 24 h Upr, SCr, BUN(P<0.05), the proliferation of mesangial cells and the increasing of the mesangial matrix were inhibited and the deposit of IgA in the glomerular mesangial area was decreased. Among them, QHG was better than the Shenyan Kangfu tablet(the compared group) in decreasing 24 h Upr, SCr and improving the pathological injury of kidney. But there was no difference in decreasing urine RBC and BUN. [Conclusion] Qixiong Jianshen granules can effectively decrease IgAN hematuria, protein urine and improve the kidney function. It can also reduce the deposit of immunity complex in the glomerular mesangial area. So it is an effective prescription in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. |
