[目的] 优化光甘草定(GLA)羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物(HP-β-CD)的制备工艺,并考察其对体外透皮吸收的影响。[方法] 采用正交实验,考察物料比、包合温度、包合时间对GLA包合率的影响。包合率为指标筛选最佳制备工艺。用Franz扩散池进行透皮吸收实验,研究HP-β-CD对GLA透皮吸收的影响。[结果] HP-β-CD包合GLA的优化工艺是质量倍数为15倍的HP-β-CD,40℃下包合1.5 h。光甘草定HP-β-CD包合物累积透过量高于光甘草定单体组。[结论] HP-β-CD能促进光甘草定的经皮渗透。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To optimize the preparation technology of glabridin hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) inclusion compound and investigate its effect of transdermal absoption. [Methods] With inclusion efficiency as the indice, the optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test. Franz vertical diffusion cell was adopted to investigate transdermal performance of glabridin HP-β-CD. [Results] The optimal inclusion conditions were as follows: the ratio of glabridin to HP-β-CD was 1∶15 (m/m), inclusion temperature was 40 ℃, inclusion time was 1.5 h. The cumulative permeation of glabridin HP-β-CD was higher than glabridin group. [Conclusion] HP-β-CD have significant effect on transdermal of glabridin. |
