丹红、参麦和参附3种注射液抗氧化能力的研究

摘要:
[目的] 探讨丹红、参麦和参附3种注射液的抗氧化活性强弱。[方法] 采用1,1二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除法、铁离子还原法、总抗氧化能力试剂盒法3种方法测定丹红、参麦和参附3种注射液的抗氧化能力。[结果] 丹红、参麦和参附3种注射液均具有DPPH自由基清除能力、铁离子还原能力和抗氧化能力。[结论] 3种注射液均具有抗氧化能力,其强弱顺序为:丹红注射液 >参麦注射液 >参附注射液。

Study on the antioxidant activities of Danhong, Shenmai and Shenfu injection

Abstract:
[Objective] This study aims to explore the antioxidant activites of Danhong, Shenmai and Shenfu injection.[Methods] Three methods, DPPH free radical scavenging, iron ion reduction method, total antioxidant capacity reagent box method, were used to determine the antioxidant capacity of three kinds of injection.[Results] Three injections were all of DPPH free radical scavenging, iron ion reduction and antioxidant capacity.[Conclusion] Three kinds of injection have antioxidant ability, the order is:Danhong injection >Shenmai injection >Shenfu injection.
