摘要:

大肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，属于传统医学“肠覃”、“积聚”、“脏毒”、“锁肛痔”等范畴。现代临床研究提出，痰湿内阻是肿瘤形成的关键因素之一。从痰致病的特点入手，探究大肠癌的病因病机、发生转归与痰的关系，以期为中医药论治大肠癌提供理论依据和临床指导。

Abstract:

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system, it belongs to "Changxun", "Jiju", "Zangdu", "Suogangzhi" in traditional Chinese medicine theory. Modern clinical research put forward that Internal resistance of phlegm is one of the key factors in tumor formation. This article is based on the pathogenic features of phlegm to exploring the relationship between phlegm and etiology pathogenesis development and change of colorectal cancer to provide a basis theoretical and clinical guidance for traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of colorectal cancer.
