[目的] 评价芪珀生脉颗粒抗大鼠心律失常作用的整体疗效。[方法] 采用尾静脉恒速泵入乌头碱溶液[10 μg/mL,0.5 mL/(min·kg)]致大鼠心律失常动物模型,观察心电图的相关指标,观察芪珀生脉颗粒对心律失常的影响。[结果] 芪珀生脉颗粒高、中、低剂量组均可明显延迟大鼠室性早搏和室性心动过速出现时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中芪珀生脉颗粒中剂量组和高剂量组还可显著延迟心脏停搏出现时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)及增加心脏停搏时乌头碱耐受量(P<0.01)。[结论] 芪珀生脉颗粒具有抗乌头碱致心律失常作用。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of the anti-ventricular arrhythmia of Qibo Shengmai granules.[Methods] The experimental arrhythmia model in rat was caused by veins constant speed pumping aconitine. Relative index of electrocardiogram and the effect of Qibo Shengmai granules to arrhythmia was observation.[Results] Compared with model group, Qibo Shengmai granules prolonged the latent time of ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine in high, medium and low dose group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The high-dose group and mid-dose group also could significantly delay cardiac arrest (CA) time (P<0.05, P<0.01) and increase the dose of aconitine when CA appears (P<0.01).[Conclusion] Qibo Shengmai granules has anti-ventricular arrhythmia effect induced by aconitine. |
