| 摘要: |
| [目的] 研究缺氧对子宫内膜间质细胞凋亡率的影响以及妇科灌肠Ⅱ号对其干预作用。[方法] 将正常、在位内膜细胞和中药干预后的在位内膜细胞分别置于常氧和缺氧环境中培养24 h，检测细胞的凋亡率。[结果] 在位内膜细胞的凋亡率明显低于正常内膜细胞，中药干预后的在位内膜细胞凋亡率升高。[结论] 在局部缺血缺氧的环境中，子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜细胞具有较强的抗凋亡能力，通过妇科灌肠Ⅱ号的干预，在位内膜的抗凋亡能力减弱。 |

| [Objective] To study the effect of hypoxia on apoptosis of endometrial cells and the intervention effect of Fuke Guanchang Ⅱ.[Methods] The apoptosis rate of the cells was detected in normal oxygen and hypoxia environment for 24 hours.[Results] The apoptosis rate of the hypoxia cells was significantly lower than that of normal endometrial cells, but it increased after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.[Conclusion] In the ischemic and hypoxic environment, the endometrial cells of the patients with endometriosis have strong anti apoptotic ability. The anti apoptotic ability of eutopic endometrium was weakened by intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine. |
