| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察三伏贴联合督脉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。[方法]通过临床病例选择80例痛经患者，辨证分型为寒凝血瘀型，随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用三伏贴联合督脉灸治疗，对照组口服益母草颗粒，观察其临床疗效。[结果]治疗组40例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者，治愈10例，显效18例，有效10例，无效2例，总有效率95%。对照组40例患者，治愈4例，显效8例，有效15例，无效13例，总有效率67.5%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），表明治疗组三伏贴联合督脉灸疗效优于对照组药物。两组患者治疗前后积分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），表明三伏贴联合督脉灸及药物疗法对痛经均有疗效。两组比较，治疗组疗效优于对照组药物治疗（P<0.05）。[结论]三伏贴联合督脉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床疗效确切，简便安全，费用低廉，符合中医"治未病"理念，值得大力推广。 |

| [Objective] To observed the clinical curative effect of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea by mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion.[Methods] The 80 cases with syndrome of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion.The control group was taken Leonuri granules,and the clinical curative effect was observed.[Results] In the 40 cases of treatment group,10 cases were cured,and 18 cases were markedly effective,and 10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 95%.In the 40 cases of the control group,and 4 cases were cured,and 8 cases were markedly effective,and 15 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 67.5%.There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05) which indicates that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) which indicates that the mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion and drug therapy were both effective and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The clinical curative effect of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea by mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion is exact,simple and safe.And its cost-effective,conformed to the Chinese medicine concept of "prevent disease".It should be vigorously promoted. |
