参竹精片治疗肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察参竹精片治疗肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。[方法]筛选符合肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征诊断标准及入组条件的患者102例，予参竹精片连续服用1个疗程（4周），以用药前后肾阴虚型量表评分、疲劳量表（FS-14）评分、健康调查简表（SF-36）量表评分为疗效指标，记录服药前后各量表的指标变化，并以临床疗效判定标准进行临床疗效评价。[结果]参竹精片治疗可明显降低患者肾阴虚型量表总积分、主症积分和次症积分（P<0.01）；明显降低患者疲劳量表总积分和躯体疲劳积分（P<0.01）；增加SF-36量表中生理机能纬度、生理职能纬度、躯体疼痛纬度、精力纬度、社会功能纬度积分（P<0.01）；102例患者中显效24例，有效70例，无效8例，治疗的总有效率为92.15%。[结论]参竹精片可明显改善患者疲劳、肢体酸痛等躯体疲劳症状，对肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenzhujing tablets for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type.[Methods] Screening chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type diagnostic criteria and the set of conditions of 102 cases of patients, to take the Shenzhujing tablets 1 treatment course (4 weeks), with kidney yin deficiency type rating scale before and after medication, fatigue scale (FS-14) score, SF-36 scale score of curative effect, the record of each scale indicators before and after medication, and the clinical curative effect of judgment standard for clinical effect assessment.[Results] The Shenzhujing tablets treatment can obviously reduce the patients with kidney yin deficiency type scale total score, primary symptom integral and time points (P<0.01). It can obviously decrease fatigue scale for patients with total scores and body fatigue (P<0.01) and increase the SF36 scale latitude physiological function, physiological functions of latitude, body pain, social function, energy latitude integral (P<0.01). The 24 cases were markedly improved in 102 patients, and 70 cases were effeciency, 8 cases were inefficiency. The total effective rate was 92.15%.[Conclusion] The Shenzhujing tablets can obviously improve patients' fatigue, body aches, body fatigue. It has better clinical curative effect for chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type.
