[目的] 探讨芪参益气滴丸对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心脏功能的影响及其作用机制。[方法] 芪参益气滴丸预干预7天后,建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型。再灌注结束后,超声心动图观察左室功能变化;左室导管术检测大鼠血流动力学;检测大鼠血浆中6酮前列腺素(6KPG)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、血小板因子4、E-选择素、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的含量。[结果] 超声心动图和血流动力学结果显示芪参益气滴丸可显著提高缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)大鼠左室射血分数(EF)和短轴缩短率(FS),改善血流动力学;芪参益气滴丸能显著升高IRI大鼠血浆中6KPG和cAMP含量,降低TXB2、PF-4、β-TG及E-选择素含量,维持6KPG/TXB2水平。[结论] 芪参益气滴丸预干预可提高IRI大鼠心脏功能,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤,其作用机制与抑制血小板活化相关。 |

[Objective] To investigate the effect and mechanism of Qishen Yiqi pills on myocardial function in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.[Methods] The rat model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was established after 7 days of pre-intervention of Qishen Yiqi pills. At the end of reperfusion, the changes of left ventricular function were observed by echocardiography, and left ventricular catheterization was used to detect the hemodynamics of rats. Also, the contents of 6KPG, TXB2, PF-4, E-selectin, β-TG, FIB and cAMP in rat plasma were detected.[Results] Echocardiography and hemodynamics results showed that Qishen Yiqi pills could significantly increase EF and FS and improve hemodynamics in IRI rats. Qishen Yiqi pills could significantly increase the content of 6KPG and cAMP, reduced TXB2, PF-4, β-TG and E-selectin content in IRI rat plasma, maintaining 6KPG/TXB2 levels.[Conclusion] The pre-intervention of Qishen Yiqi pills can improve the cardiac function of IRI rats and reduce the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and its mechanism is related to the inhibition of platelet activation. |
