益气活血清热化湿法治疗特发性膜性肾病的临床应用

摘要:

膜性肾病属于原发性肾小球疾病，是成人肾病综合征的常见病理类型。西医学常应用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂、免疫抑制剂及激素等治疗本病，但仍有部分患者疗效欠佳。故从气虚、血瘀、湿热等方面探讨膜性肾病的发病机理，以及对应用益气活血清热化湿法治疗膜性肾病的治疗原则和临床案例进行分析，从而确立益气活血清热化湿法治疗膜性肾病的临床有效性。

Abstract:

Membranous nephropathy is a common cause of nephrotic syndrome in adult patients with primary glomerular disease. The Western method of treatment is taking angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers, immunosuppressive agents and hormones and other methods of treatment for the disease, but there are still patients with poor efficacy. The aim of the study is to investigate the pathogenesis of the membranous nephropathy from qi deficiency, blood stasis, heat and other aspects of the analysis and application of Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Huashi method in treatment of membranous nephropathy treatment principles and clinical cases, so as to establish the effective of Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Huashi method of clinical treatment in idiopathic membranous nephropathy.
