| 张仲景首创药物升降并用的配伍方法，为后世运用升降并用之法开创了先河。升降并用是方剂药物配伍的特殊形式，通过升浮药与沉降药的共同使用，有效调整脏腑气机，治疗病位或病势上下寒热夹杂等复杂病证，有良好的疗效。文章对《伤寒论》中的方药进行分析，整理出升降并用常用药物配伍形式及其功效和临床应用。 |

| The ascending-descending compatibility prescriptions are produced by ZHANG Zhongjing, that created a precedent for the later generations to use this compatibility of herbs for treatment. It was very effective to use the ascend-descend property of herbs to improve functional activities of vital energy(qi), in addition to treat difference affect parts or the complicated diseases. This paper comes from herbs and decoctions, investigates in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, hope to present the theory of ascending-descending compatibility, the effect of herbs, and the clinical application. |
