[目的]探讨七子益肾理冲汤对脱氧乙烯基环己烯(VCD)致卵巢储备功能低下(DOR)大鼠卵巢储备功能的影响。[方法]60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药低、中、高剂量组及脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)组。模型组采用VCD注射制作DOR大鼠模型。观察卵巢指数,HE染色观察卵巢组织形态,放射免疫法检测促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)及抗穆勒管激素(AMH)水平。[结果]与空白组比较,模型组卵巢组织萎缩,各级卵泡数目减少,卵巢指数和E2、AMH水平降低,FSH水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,中药高剂量组卵巢指数上升,卵巢组织形态明显改善,原始卵泡和黄体增加,闭锁卵泡减少;E2、AMH水平升高,FSH水平降低(P<0.05)。[结论]七子益肾理冲汤可修复卵巢储备的损失,促进卵泡生长,抑制卵泡闭锁。 |

Effect of Qizi Yishen Lichong decoction on ovarian reserve in rats model |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Qizi Yishen Lichong decoction on ovarian reserve in DOR rats model.[Methods] The 60 female SD rats were divided into six groups:blank group, model group, CM low-dose group, CM normal-dose group, CM high-dose group and DHEA group. The ovarian index was calculated, the ovarian HE slides were observed under microscope, and blood FSH, E2 and AMH levels were tested by Elisa.[Results] Compared with blank group, model group had shown ovarian tissue atrophy in HE slides, numbers of all types of ovarian follicles declined, FSH level increased significantly, while ovarian index, E2 and AMH levels significantly lowered (P<0.05); compared with model group, CM high-dose group has shown a better ovarian appearance in HE slides, increased in numbers of ovarian primordial follicles and corpus luteum, decreased in numbers of atresia follicles, ovarian index, E2 and AMH levels significantly increased (P<0.05), and significantly drop of FSH level (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Qizi Yishen Lichong decoction might repair the loss of ovarian reserve, stimulate the growth of ovarian follicles and reduce ovarian follicle apoptosis. |
