[目的]阐明豆科植物补骨脂果皮、种子中化学成分的分布规律。[方法]采用超高效液相色谱法测定四批生补骨脂果皮、种子中香豆素、黄酮、单萜等化合物,计算各化学成分在补骨脂果实中的相对含量。[结果]补骨脂苷、异补骨脂苷主要分布在补骨脂种子中,其相对含量≥ 89.63%;补骨脂甲素、新补骨脂异黄酮、Corylifol A、Corylifol C、补骨脂查尔酮、补骨脂酚等黄酮和单萜酚类成分主要分布在果皮中,其相对含量≥ 80.86%,其中Corylifol C仅分布于果皮中;补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂定、4″,5″-去氢异补骨脂定等香豆素类成分在种子和果皮中均有分布,其相对含量相当。[结论]补骨脂苷和异补骨脂苷主要存在于补骨脂种子中,黄酮和单萜类化合物主要存在于果皮中,补骨脂素、异补骨脂素等脂溶性香豆素在果皮和种子中均有分布。 |

[Objective] To illuminate the distribution rule of compounds in pericarp and seed of Fructus Psoralea.[Methods] Ultra performance liquid chromatography equipped with diode array detector was employed to simultaneously determine the compounds (coumarin, flavone and monoterpene phenol) in pericarp and seed of Fructus Psoraleas.[Results] Psoralenoside and isopsoralenside were mainly distributed in seed with relative content ≥ 89.63%. Flavone and monoterpene phenol were mainly distributed in the pericarp, and the relative content of that was more than 80.86%, and corylifol C was only distributed in the pericarp. However, the coumarins such as psoralen, isopsoealen, psoralidin and 4″, 5″-dehydroisopsoralidin were distributed both in seed and pericarp, and the relative content of which was similar.[Conclusion] Psoralenoside and isopsoralenoside were found to mainly exist in seed of Fructus Psoralea. A large proportion of flavonoids and monoterpene phenolic compound were present in the pericarp of Fructus Psoralea. Coumarins with fat-solubility, such as psoralen and isopsoralen, were found in the pericarp and seed of Fructus Psoralea. |
