| 文章介绍了一例神经性厌食症导致闭经的患者的治疗经过，采用中西医结合的方法，从调理脾胃功能着手，方用补中益气汤加减以补后天之本，促进脾胃功能恢复；当脾胃健固，水谷充盛，则健脾兼顾补肾，采用左归丸合补中益气丸加减，先后天并补以使肾气充，天癸至，促进月经来潮，并配合雌孕激素序贯疗法促进子宫生长及第二性征发育，调整月经周期。 |

| This article introduced the treatment of a patient with anorexia caused by anorexia nervosa, using the method of combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to regulate the function of the spleen and stomach. Buzhong Yiqi decoction were used to reinforce the foundation of acquired constitution and promoting the function of spleen and stomach. Zuogui pills and Buzhong Yiqi decoction were used to reinforce kidney and spleen when spleen and stomach were strong and food essence was full. To regulate menstrual cycle, promote the growth of the uterus and increase the secondary sex character with the sequential therapy of estrogen and progestin. |
