针刺疗法是中国悠久传统医学中的一种疗法,已经被世界许多国家认可为一种有效的治疗方法。随着针刺疗法在全世界的广泛传播,许多人对针刺疗法的作用机制进行了深入研究。对此,中外学者有各种不同的看法,但目前仍然很难以一种科学方法准确的阐明针刺疗法的机制。本文基于神经生理学机制方面的研究,简短梳理现代针刺疗法对神经的电生理、传导途径、神经生化等各方面的影响。针刺疗法对神经系统具有广泛的调节作用,促使神经系统各种损伤和变形的修复,针刺疗法与神经系统关系很密切。 |

Acupuncture has a long history therapy and traditional Chinese medicine, and has accepted by many countries that it is one of effective treatment in the world. Acupuncture treatment has spread around the world, and many people have studied the mechanism of acupuncture. In this regard, Chinese and foreign scholars have diverse views, but still the principle of acupuncture is difficult to prove using the scientific methods. Based on the study of neurophysiological mechanisms, this article briefly reviews the effects of acupuncture on the electrophysiology, conduction pathways, and neural biochemistry of nerves. Acupuncture has a wide range of regulatory effects on the nervous system and promotes repair of various injuries and deformations of the nervous system. Acupuncture therapy is closely related to the nervous system. |
