[目的]通过药材含量、药材水煎液特征图谱及出膏率表征不同产地白芍药材的质量属性,为其在经典名方中的应用提供质量评价方法。[方法]以2015版药典方法测定各批次白芍药材中芍药苷的含量;参考古法制备药材水煎液,摸索并建立其特征图谱,测定6个产地共21批白芍药材的水煎液特征图谱和出膏率,并进行相似度评价、聚类分析和主成分分析。[结果]建立的白芍药材水煎液特征图谱,共标定6个共有峰,21批药材相似度介于0.829~0.999,可分为2类,聚类分析和主成分分析结果与相似度评价结果一致。[结论]以药材芍药苷含量、药材水煎液特征图谱及出膏率作为考察指标,通过化学计量学和成分分析可有效评价不同产地白芍药材的质量属性,具有一定的应用价值。 |

[Objective] The quality attributes of Paeonia lactiflora from different producing areas were characterized by content of paeoniflorin,characteristic spectra of decoction and paste-forming rate,so as to provide a quality evaluation method for its application of classical prescriptions.[Methods] The content of paeoniflorin in each batch of Paeonia lactiflora was determined by the method of Pharmacopoeia of the 2015 edition;the decoction of medicinal materials was prepared refer to ancient methods,the characteristic spectra were explored and established. The decoction characteristic spectra and paste-forming rate of Paeonia lactiflora from six producing areas were determined,and similarity analysis (SA),hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were carried out.[Results] There were six common peaks identified in the characteristic spectra of decoction of Paeonia lactiflora,and the similarity was between 0.829~0.999. All batches of samples can be classified into two groups by HCA and PCA,which were consistent with the results of SA.[Conclusion] In this study,paeoniflorin content,characteristic spectra of decoction and paste-forming rate were taken as the evaluation indicators,and the quality attributes of Paeonia lactiflora from different habitats can be effectively evaluated by chemometrics and component analysis,which has certain application value. |
