| 基于中医整体思想及"治未病·既病防变——培土生金"思想，本文对《金匮要略·肺萎》中虚寒、虚热肺萎的病证辨识、甘草干姜汤及麦门冬汤组方思路进行分析，探讨张仲景在中医肺萎治疗方面的"治未病·培土生金"临床运用，以冀为中医肺萎方面现代治疗提供新思路。 |

| Based on the whole idea and thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine which is preventive treatment method of strengthening earth to generate metal,this paper analyzed the pulmonary flaccidity in cold and hot from identification of disease and formula thought of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction and Maimendong Decoction of Synopsis of Golden Chamber,to study the clinical significance of preventive treatment method of strengthening earth to generate metal which ZHANG Zhongjing used in the pulmonary flaccidity treatment. This paper is aimed at providing new way for the modern therapeutic method in the pulmonary flaccidity. |
