射频热凝治疗轻中度膝骨关节炎60例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察射频热凝疗法治疗轻中度膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]选择膝骨性关节炎患者60例，按随机数字表法随机分为2组，每组30例。观察组采用射频热凝治疗2次，6 d 1次，12 d为1个疗程。对照组采用传统针刺疗法，每天治疗1次，12 d为1个疗程。采用疗效评定、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及Lysholm评分法分别在治疗前及治疗后1个月、3个月时对患者进行评分同时在治疗前及治疗3个月后进行软组织张力测量。[结果]观察组与对照组疗效等级分布比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后1个月、3个月时VAS评分低于对照组，Lysholm评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组与对照组比较，治疗3个月后软组织张力低于对照组。[结论]射频热凝疗法治疗轻中度膝骨性关节炎可有效缓解疼痛，改善软组织张力，疗效显著。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis.[Methods] Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to the admission,30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation twice,once every 6 days,and 1 course for 12 days. The control group used traditional acupuncture therapy,once a day for treatment,and 12 days for one course of treatment. The patients were scored before treatment and 1 month and 3 months after treatment with efficacy evaluation,VAS score and Lysholm score,and soft tissue tension was measured before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.[Results] Compared with the control group,the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Lysholm The scores were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the soft tissue tension was lower than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment.[Conclusion] Radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve pain and improve soft tissue tension,and the curative effect is remarkable.
