[目的] 评价岭南传统天灸散治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病颈痛的临床有效性。[方法] 将96例受试者随机分为天灸散组、艾柱灸组、安慰剂组。采用Northwick Park疼痛量表(NPQ,主要评价指标)以及简式McGill量表(MPQ,次要评价指标)分别于治疗前后进行评估比较。[结果] 3种疗法对气滞血瘀型颈椎病颈痛均有效。在NPQ量表方面,3种疗法之间均具有统计学差异(P<0.01),岭南传统天灸散近期疗效与艾柱灸相当,远期疗效优于艾柱灸;在MPQ量表方面,3种疗法之间均具有统计学差异(P<0.01),且岭南传统天灸散近期、远期疗效均优于艾柱灸。[结论] 岭南传统天灸散可加强对气滞血瘀型颈椎病颈痛患者疼痛的缓解,简单实用,值得推广。 |

[Objective] To assess the clinical efficacy of Tianjiu Powdei for neck pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type cervical spondylosis.[Methods] The 96 patients were randomly divided into Tianjiu therapy group,moxa cone group and placebo group. NPQ scale and McGill scale were used as the outcomes,to compare the clinical curative effect before and after the treatment.[Results] Analysis showed that Tianjiu therapy group,moxa cone group and placebo group are effective.In the fact of the NPQ scale,there were statistical differences among three therapies(P<0.01). Tianjiu therapy has same effect with the moxa cone therapy in relieving the pain in qi stagnation and blood stasis type cervical spondylosis recently,and has a better efficacy chronically. In the fact of the McGill scale,there were statistical differences among three therapies(P<0.01),and Tianjiu therapy has a better effect recently and chronically.[Conclusion] Tianjiu therapy has the true efficacy to improve the relief of pain in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type cervical spondylosis. The method is simple and practical,and deserves popularization. |
