基于改良德尔菲法的阳虚体质干预效果评价指标体系构建

摘要:

[目的] 构建阳虚体质干预效果评价指标体系。[方法] 采用改良德尔菲法筛选阳虚体质干预效果评价指标，经过两轮咨询对指标重要程度进行评估，并对专家的积极程度、权威程度、协调程度进行评价。[结果] 两轮函询专家问卷有效回收率分别为87.5%、100%；专家权威程度为0.76；平均变异系数分别为0.251、0.217，专家意见趋于集中，肯德尔和谐系数W（Kendall's W）协调性检验显示专家具有一致性（P<0.01）；最终构建的阳虚体质干预效果评价指标体系包含主观指标9项，客观指标3项。[结论] 通过改良德尔菲法构建的阳虚体质干预效果评价指标体系较为理想，可为调体干预评估提供参考。

Abstract:

[Objective] To construct the evaluation index system for the effect of yang deficiency constitution intervention.[Methods] The modified Delphi method was used to screen the evaluation indexes of the intervention effect of yang deficiency constitution. After two rounds of consultation,the importance of the indexes was evaluated,and the active degree,authority degree and coordination degree of the experts were evaluated.[Results] The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 87.5% and 100%. The degree of expert authority was 0.76. The mean coefficients of variation were 0.251 and 0.217. The expert opinions tended to be centralized,and Kendall's W coordination test showed that the experts were consistent (P<0.01). The final evaluation index system of the intervention effect of yang deficiency constitution includes 9 subjective indexes and 3 objective indexes.[Conclusion] The evaluation index system of the intervention effect of yang deficiency constitution based on the modified Delphi method is relatively ideal,which can provide reference for the evaluation of constitution intervention.
