| 基于“玄府理论”“五神脏理论”基本理念框架，探讨玄府理论下的五神脏病因病机，阐述“五脏玄府开阖失常，五脏神失所藏”下的心神不藏、肺魄受扰、肝魂妄动、脾意难舍、肾志不平的具体病机表现，以期为丰富和发展中医病因学理论、指导中医精神类疾病的辨治提供思路。 |

| Based on the basic conceptual framework of “xuanfu theory” and “five-shen zang theory”,this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of the five-shen zang under the xuanfu theory,expounding “xuanfu opens and closes and loses the division,the divine machine loses its luck,the five-shen zang”. The specific pathogenesis manifestations of the “lost storage” under the condition of not hiding the mind,disturbing the lungs,disturbing the lungs,moving the liver and soul,reluctant to give up the spleen,and unbalanced kidneys,are expected to enrich and develop the etiology theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and guide the differentiation and treatment of TCM mental diseases provide ideas. |
