| 贾英杰教授从医数十年，经多年临床实践，首创和并形成具有特色的重要理论和观点——“黜浊培本”理论，治疗强调肿瘤整体与局部、正与邪、标与本的大局观，以“立体治疗”为承载工具，罢黜癌浊同时疏利三焦、健脾益肾以黜浊培本，临证机圆法活，验之有效，达到“以平为期”的最终目标。本文旨在将“黜浊培本”辨证思路浅释以传承发扬。 |

| After decades of clinical practice,Professor JIA Yingjie initiated and formed an important theory and viewpoint:“removing the turbidities and cultivating the essence” theory,and achieved the ultimate goal of “balanced duration”. The treatment emphasizes the overall and local view of tumor,good and evil,appearance and essence,radical cure and palliation,and based on “three-dimensional therapy” as the tool. Removing the turbidities and cultivating the essence,smooth body,and strengthens spleen and kidney to remove turbidity and cultivate the essence. The clinical and syndrome machine circle method is implemented and tested effectively. This paper aims to explain the syndrome differentiation idea of “removing turbidity and cultivate the essence” so as to inherit and carry forward. |
