浅析菟丝子在《傅青主女科》中的应用

摘要:

《傅青主女科》理法严谨，组方精妙，是著名的妇产科专著。本文总结了该书组方中含有菟丝子的8首方剂，并针对其对应的病因病机、理法方药一一加以分析，梳理傅山先生应用菟丝子的组方思路，发现菟丝子单味重用平补肝肾之精，或配伍杜仲补益肝肾之气，配伍温阳药，补火而无燥烈之虞，或少佐此药以安胎。不仅如此，书中菟丝子基本为酒制，也有加强温通之效的深意。《傅青主女科》中菟丝子的应用具有其独到之处，总结成篇，以期指导日后临床用药。

Abstract:

FU Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology is a famous obstetrics and gynecology monograph,which is rigorous in theory and exquisite in composition. This article summarizes the eight formulas containing cuscuta chinensis and analyzes the corresponding etiology and pathogenesis,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine system of principle and prescription. Combing through FU Shan's idea of applying the formula,it is found that the single use of cuscuta chinensis can reinforce liver and kidney essence,and it is prone to supplementing the qi of the liver and kidney,when supplemented with eucommia. Cuscuta chinensis is compatible with warm yang medicine,which can replenish fire without dryness. It can also nourish the fetus. Except that with the wine processing of cuscuta chinensis,to strengthen the effect of the deep meaning of warming. The application of cuscuta chinensis in FU Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology has its own unique features and is summarized into a article in order to guide the clinical use of drugs in the future.
