基于三焦网络学说总结叶类中药治疗慢性肾脏病的临床应用

摘要:

慢性肾脏病（CKD）是一种由各种原发、继发等复杂因素导致的，以肾脏形态或功能损伤为表现，病情复杂、病程迁延难愈的疾病，现已成为严重的公共卫生问题。现阶段西医治疗手段较为单一，中医治疗的手段丰富，疗效较为显著。三焦网络学说是全国名中医黄文政教授三焦学术思想的重要组成部分，对慢性肾脏病的治疗具有较强的指导意义，而叶作为植物类中药的重要药用部位之一，具有行气则可利水、行血且散血、升清助降浊、温肾而不燥烈等特征，临床在治疗慢性肾脏病之中常加以运用。文章以三焦网络学说为框架，对叶类中药治疗慢性肾脏病的临床应用进行梳理总结，以期为慢性肾脏病的治疗提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Chronic kidney disease（CKD） is a disease caused by a variety of primary and secondary complex factors，manifested by morphological or functional damage to the kidneys，with a complex and prolonged course，and has become a serious public health problem. At present，Western medicine has a single treatment，while Chinese medicine is rich in means of treatment and has more significant efficacy. The doctrine of sanjiao network is an important part of the theory of sanjiao by Professor HUANG Wenzheng，a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in China，which has strong guiding significance for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. The leaves，as one of the important medicinal parts of the plant class of Chinese medicine，have the characteristics of promoting qi to facilitate water circulation，promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood，promoting clearing to help lower turbidity，and warming the kidneys without being dry and strong. Leaf herbs often be used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. In this paper，we use the sanjiao network system as a framework to sort out and summarize the clinical application of leafy herbs in the treatment of chronic kidney disease，with a view to providing reference for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
