内毒致病的理论探析

摘要:

内毒致病理论源于秦汉时期所形成的毒邪致病理论。晋隋唐宋时期细化了内毒的种类,并丰富了理论内涵。明清时期形成了较为完整的内毒致病理论体系。内毒病因病机以阴阳辨析为总括,与内外、气血、脏腑紧密联系。内外可分病邪来源,但皆以“郁”而化生内毒为核心病机。气血、脏腑既是内毒化生之源,亦是内毒病位之所在。内毒所伤气血、脏腑层次不同,其证候表现与病情深浅不同。内毒的治则治法以避邪防毒、祛邪解毒、扶正托毒与调形安神为要。避邪防毒之法,包括“避外感”与“防内生”两方面,其中开郁治疗是防生内生之毒的关键,其治法以调通气血与安和脏腑为要。祛邪解毒可采取“内以清毒,外以排毒”之法,并注重配伍散结药物。扶正托毒之法除补益正气外,亦需注重因势利导,以顺势托毒外出。调形安神是为修复毒邪所败坏的形神,并可配伍引经药物,以直达病所。通过创新突破的新理论和中西医结合的新方法,促进了内毒致病理论的现代化发展。

Abstract:

The theory of internal virulence originated from the theory of virulence in the Qin and Han Dynasties. In Jin,Sui,Tang and Song Dynasties,the types of internal toxin were refined and the theoretical connotation was enriched. In Ming and Qing Dynasties,a relatively complete theoretical system of endogenous virulence was formed. The etiology and pathogenesis of internal toxicity are summarized in yin and yang discrimination,and are closely related to internal and external,qi and blood,and zangfu organs. Internal and external pathogenic sources can be divided,but both of them take “depression” and internal toxicity as the core pathogenesis. Qi,blood and zangfu organs are not only the source of internal toxicity,but also the location of internal toxicity. With different levels of qi,blood and zangfu organs injured by internal poison,the symptoms and symptoms are different. The treatment of internal poison is to avoid evil,remove evil and detoxify,fuzheng supporting poison and regulating the shape of the mind. The methods of warding off evil and preventing disease include “avoiding external sensation” and “preventing endogenous poison”,among which the treatment of depression is the key to prevent endogenous poison,and its treatment is to regulate qi and blood,peace and zangfu organs. To remove evil and detoxify,we can adopt the method of “clearing poison inside and detoxifying outside”,and pay attention to the compatibility of sanjie drugs. Fuzheng supporting poison method in addition to supplementing positive qi,also need to pay attention to the situation,to homeopathic supporting poison out. Regulating the form and calming the spirit is to repair the shape and spirit corrupted by poison and evil,and can be combined with channeling drugs to direct the disease. Through the new theory of innovation breakthrough and the new method of combining Chinese and Western,it promotes the modern development of the theory of internal virulence.
