| 国医大师王琦提出了体质九分法，平和体质的形成离不开机体阴阳的平衡，8种不同偏颇体质存在不同的阴阳失衡状态。“阳化气，阴成形”构成了人体生命的基本形式，其中“阳化气”推动人体生理功能影响“阴成形”，从而导致不同体质类型的形成。因此纠正阴阳偏颇恢复阴阳平衡是体质调理的关键。扶阳法以阳气为人身立命之本，强调通过调理阳气功能使人体达到阴阳平衡。本文将基于“阳化气”理论探讨不同偏颇体质的形成机制，以及运用扶阳法调理体质的思路与方法，为体质调理提供新的临床思路。 |

| Master of traditional Chinese medicine WANG Qi proposed the nine constitution method. The formation of a balanced constitution cannot be separated from the balance of yin and yang in the body，while the eight biased constitutions have different states of yin and yang imbalance. “Yang transforming qi and yin constituting the body” constitutes the basic form of human life. In which，“Yang transforming qi” promotes the physiological functions of the human body and affects “Yin constituting the body”，leading to the formation of different constitution types. Thus，correcting yin-yang bias and restoring yin-yang balance is the key to constitutional conditioning. The yang-supporting method takes yang qi as the foundation of human life and emphasizes achieving yin-yang balance by regulating yang qi. This article will explore the formation mechanism of different biased constitutions based on the theory of “Yang transforming qi and yin constituting the body”，as well as the ideas and methods of using the yang-supporting method to regulate constitutions，providing new clinical ideas for constitutional conditioning. |
