耳穴三联疗法对肝阳上亢型眩晕患者焦虑状态调节的效果观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察耳穴三联疗法对肝阳上亢型眩晕患者焦虑状态调节的效果。[方法] 回顾性分析2021—2024年廊坊市中医医院肝阳上亢型眩晕患者100例，按治疗方法的不同分为常规组（常规治疗，51例）和联合组（常规治疗配合耳穴三联疗法，49例），比较两组中医证候积分、焦虑情绪、生活质量、治疗效果和复发情况。[结果] 两组中医证候积分治疗1、7、14 d降低（P<0.05），且与常规组比较，联合组中医证候积分治疗7、14 d更低（P<0.05）。两组医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）评分治疗1、7、14 d降低（P<0.05），且与常规组比较，联合组HADS评分治疗7、14 d更低（P<0.05）。两组眩晕残障程度评定量表（DHI）各维度评分及总分治疗1、7、14 d降低（P<0.05），且与常规组比较，联合组DHI各维度评分及总分治疗7、14 d更低（P<0.05）。与常规组的治疗总有效率74.51%比较，联合组的95.92%更高（P<0.05）。与常规组的复发率25.49%比较，联合组的6.12%更低（P<0.05）。[结论] 耳穴三联疗法应用于治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者，可有效减轻症状，调节焦虑状态，提高生活质量和治疗疗效，降低复发率。

Abstract:

[Objective] Observe the effect of triple therapy of ear acupoints on regulating anxiety state in patients with liver yang hyperactivity type vertigo. [Methods] From 2021 to 2024,a retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 patients with liver yang hyperactivity type vertigo. They were divided into a control group(routine treatment,51 cases) and an observation group(routine treatment combined with auricular triple therapy,49 cases) according to the different treatment methods. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,anxiety emotions,quality of life,treatment effectiveness,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. [Results] Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral treatment showed a decrease(P<0.05) after 1,7 and 14 days of treatment,and compared with the conventional group,the combined group had a lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral treatment after 7 and 14 days(P<0.05). The hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) scores of two groups decreased after 1 day,7 and 14 days of treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the conventional group,the combined group had lower HADS scores after 7 and 14 days of treatment(P<0.05). The scores of each dimension and total score of the two groups of dizziness disability assessment scales(DHI) decreased after treatment for 1,7 and 14 days(P<0.05),and compared with the conventional group,the combined group had lower scores of DHI dimensions and total score after treatment for 7 and 14 days(P<0.05). Compared with the total effective rate of 74.51% in the conventional group,the combined group had a higher rate of 95.92%(P<0.05). Compared with the recurrence rate of 25.49% in the conventional group,the combined group had a lower recurrence rate of 6.12%(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The application of ear point triple therapy in the treatment of patients with liver yang hyperactivity type vertigo can effectively alleviate symptoms,regulate anxiety state,improve quality of life and treatment efficacy,and reduce recurrence rate.
