基于“异病同治”浅析络脉癥瘕与器官纤维化

摘要:

纤维化疾病在各组织病理形态学表现存在共性。通过考辨此类疾病中医病机证治源流，认为其病位在络，聚结癥瘕，异病同机，共同病理基础为痰瘀互结，病机责之于气、血、痰相因为患，基于“异病同治”理论探讨器官纤维化与络脉癥瘕的联系及辨治，同治有基础法，异病有专用药。

Abstract:

Fibrotic diseases have common histopathologic and morphological manifestations in various tissues. By examining and identifying the pathogenesis and therapeutic origin of such diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the disease is located in the collaterals,with the formation of obstruction,and different diseases shared with the same pathogenesis. And their common pathological basis was phlegm and stasis of blood agglutination,and the mechanism of the disease is due to qi,blood,phlegm. Based on "different diseases with the same method",this paper discusses the relationship between organ fibrosis and collateral syndrome and syndrome differentiation and treatment. There are basic methods for treating different diseases with the same method,and special drugs for different diseases.
