| 重度哮喘的发病率虽不高，约占哮喘患者的10%，但对患者的生活质量影响严重，治疗效果往往不理想。中医认为重度哮喘的发生与阳虚阴盛有关。中医治疗重度哮喘具有一定的优势，中医药能够通过调理人体阴阳平衡，提高机体免疫力，减少哮喘发作次数，减轻发作程度。从黄帝内经“阳虚阴盛”阐释重度哮喘的病因病机及治疗的方法，丰富了重度哮喘的中医理论。“阳虚阴盛”是重度哮喘的基本病机，“阳虚”影响了脏腑功能的正常运行，使水液代谢失常，内生痰饮，导致“阴盛”的夙根，进而引起重度哮喘反复发作，迁延不愈。治疗上，以平衡阴阳为总则，把握虚损之脏腑，从阴中求阳，兼顾平喘、化痰。从黄帝内经“阳虚阴盛”论治重度哮喘，疗效可观，为中医治疗重度哮喘提供了思路。 |

| The incidence of severe asthma is not high,accounting for about 10% of asthma patients,but it has a serious impact on patients' quality of life and is often difficult to treat effectively. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of severe asthma is related to yang deficiency and yin excess. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of severe asthma. It can regulate the balance of yang and yin in the human body,enhance the body's immune function,reduce the frequency of asthma attacks,and alleviate the severity of attacks. Explaining the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of severe asthma from the perspective of the theory of "yin excess and yang deficiency" in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor enriches the traditional Chinese medicine theory of severe asthma. "Yin excess and yang deficiency" is the fundamental pathogenic mechanism of severe asthma. "Yang deficiency" affects the normal function of organs and disrupts the water and fluid metabolism,leading to endogenous phlegm accumulation and forming the long-standing root of "yin excess". This results in recurrent and prolonged attacks of severe asthma. In treatment,the general principle is to balance yin and yang. Grasp the organs involved in deficiency,seek yang from yin,and give consideration to relieving asthma and resolving phlegm. Treating severe asthma from the perspective of "yin excess and yang deficiency" in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor had shown promising results,providing ideas for the treatment of severe asthma with traditional Chinese medicine. |
