| 摘要: |
| 一指禅推法作为一指禅推拿流派的主要手法，有其独特的手法操作特征和生物效应。文章从一指禅推法的两个角度作研究综述，一是涵盖了手法作用力、频率、三维运动、表面肌电研究和量效研究等方面的手法操作参数，二是该手法治疗内妇杂病、脾胃疾病及骨伤疾病的相关作用机制，以期为该手法的规范化研究及临床应用提供参考。 |

| As the main technique of the one-finger-massage school of tuina，one-finger-pushing has unique operating characteristics and biological effects. The article reviews the research from two perspectives of the one-finger-pushing Technique，firstly，the operational parameters of the technique covering the force，frequency，three-dimensional movement，surface electromyography，and quantitative effect studies，and secondly，the related mechanism of action of the technique in the treatment of internal and maternal miscellaneous diseases，spleen and stomach diseases，and orthopedic and bone injury diseases，to provide a reference for the standardized research and clinical application of this technique. |
