| 近代名医张锡纯熟读经典，深谙岐黄之旨，中西合参，不拘泥前人之言，临证运用经方及中药有着独到的见解。张锡纯在其著作《医学衷中参西录》中不仅创立了众多名方，而且在书各篇中论述了众多对药、角药等药物组合，用之临床往往有着减药增效之功。文章对《医学衷中参西录》中常用对角药以及用药特色进行了总结阐述。 |

| ZHANG Xichun，a famous modern doctor，has a deep understanding of the essence of Qihuang and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. He is not bound by the words of his predecessors and has unique insights into the clinical application of classic formulas and traditional Chinese medicine. In his work Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination，the gentleman not only created numerous famous formulas，but also discussed various combinations of drugs such as pair drugs and angle drugs in various articles of the book，which often have the effect of reducing drugs and increasing efficacy when used in clinical practice. This article summarizes and elaborates on the commonly used angle medicines and their medication characteristics in the Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination. |
