《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》“主于补泻者为君”组方特点辨析

摘要:

敦煌医书《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》记载有诸多经方，对指导临床用药有较高的价值，其组方理论的研究尚不完整。载于“诸药五味五行互含文”章节的“主于补泻者为君”理论是否是《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》核心组方理论，这种结构与形式如何体现五脏苦欲补泻和五味体用化合？该研究运用文献研究法结合实证研究法辨析《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》“主于补泻者为君”理论，认为“主于补泻者为君”句原卷所载内容系援引《黄帝内经》之语。“主于补泻者为君”组方理论特点为在《黄帝内经》君臣佐使理论的基础上以味成方。有助于解开《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》组方理论奥秘，为丰富方剂学处方法研究提供新思路。

Abstract:

The Dunhuang medical book Fuxingjue Zangfu Yongyao Fayao contains many sutra formulas，which are of high value in guiding the use of medicine in clinical practice，and its principal of formation is not yet fully studied. Whether the theory of “the main reinforcing-reducing herb is chief” contained in the chapter of Fuxingjue Zangfu Yongyao Fayao is the key principal of formation. And how does this structure and form reflect the theories of five-zang reinforcing-reducing，and five-flavour tonic diarrhea and synthesis? In this study，we used literature research method combined with empirical research method to analyze the theory of “the main reinforcing-reducing herb is chief”，and concluded that the content of the original volume of the sentence “the main reinforcing-reducing herb is chief” is a quotation from the The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine. The formula theory of “the main reinforcing-reducing herb is chief” is characterized by the formula based on the flavour，subject and enabler of the chief-deputy-assistant-envoy theory of The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine. This study helps to unravel the mystery of the formula theory of Fuxingjue Zangfu Yongyao Fayao and provides new ideas for the research of prescription methodology.
