| 难治性胃食管反流病胸痛在中医学上可归为“胸痹”范畴，《金匮要略》指出胸痹病因病机为阳微阴弦，在此基础上，根据阳微阴弦的病因病机，从心-脾-肾角度探讨老年难治性胃食管反流病胸痛的发生、发展、转归及治疗有重要指导意义。 |

| Chest pain in refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) can be categorized as “chest paralysis” in traditional Chinese medicine，and The Essentials of the Golden Chamber points out that the etiology and pathomechanism of chest paralysis is Yangwei Yinxian，based on which，it is of great significance to explore the onset，progression，regression，and treatment of chest pain of refractory GERD in elderly people from the angle of the heart，spleen，and kidneys. The study is of great significance. |
