[目的] 通过中药系统毒理学数据库(TCMSTD)归纳分析出致神经毒性的中药及其作用规律,为中药神经毒性研究提供参考。[方法] 利用TCMSTD,对收录的252种中药材进行筛选分析,总结具有神经毒性的中药以及相关毒性作用和性味、归经等规律。[结果] 具有神经毒性的药物共56种,瞳孔放大、意识模糊、精神错乱、烦躁不安、腹痛、呕吐、头晕、抽搐、麻痹、昏迷等都是常见的毒副作用。具有神经毒性的药物药性以温、寒主,药物归经以肝、心二经为主,功效主要是清热、化痰止咳平喘等。[结论] 该研究对基于TCMSTD总结的56种神经毒性的药物进行分析、总结,为建立有毒中药的无毒用药方案奠定基础,并为其在临床上的减毒用药提供参考。 |

[Objective] To explore the effect and regularity of neurotoxicity induced by traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for the study of neurotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] Based on the traditional Chinese medicine system toxicology database(TCMSTD),252 kinds of medicinal materials were screened and analyzed,and the toxic effects,taste and meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine with neurotoxicity were summarized. [Results] AThere were 56 kinds of drugs with neurotoxicity. The main toxic effects were central excitation,central inhibition,pupil enlargement,unconsciousness,irritability,dizziness,convulsion,paralysis and coma. The drug properties with neurotoxicity are mainly warm and cold,and the meridian tropism of drugs is mainly liver and heart. The main effects are clearing heat,external use,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma. [Conclusion] In this paper, 56 kinds of neurotoxicity drugs summarized based on TCMSTD database were analyzed and summarized,in order to help reduce and control their neurotoxicity,lay a foundation for the establishment of non-toxic drug regimen of toxic traditional Chinese medicine,and provide reference for its attenuated drug use in clinic. |
